Make the stars your old friends as Mike Lynch, retired WCCO meteorologist and astronomer extraordinaire, leads another night of stargazing at the Conference & Retreat Center!
Take a look through giant telescopes aimed at Jupiter, Saturn, star clusters, galaxies, and more. Live video telescopes will also be available. Get to know constellations like The Big Bear, Cygnus the Swan, Pegasus the Winged Horse and learn about their great mythological stories will also be featured!
Individually wrapped safety glasses for telescope observation will be provided.
Cost includes program, snacks and bottled water. Some outdoor chairs will be available but feel free to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets. This event is held with limited light so guests should be self-reliant.
