What to bring: A yoga mat(s), yoga blocks and straps, a bath towel or blanket, and a pillow. Also, a water bottle, pen/pencil, and notebook for notes. You can stay until 6 PM and use the pool, hot tub, showers, and nature paths. Pack accordingly.
