At Mount Olivet Conference & Retreat Center, our goal is to nurture our guests with delicious food, freshly prepared using the highest quality ingredients. We serve local vegetables, fresh fruits and meats when available. We accommodate alternate dietary requests such as gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan/vegetarian with advance notice. While we offer gluten-free, lactose-free, or nut-free meal options, please note we do not maintain a gluten-free, lactose-free, or nut-free kitchen environment.
All meals are served in the Trillium Dining Room, located in the Ruth Youngdahl Lodge. Meals are served at the following times, unless otherwise arranged in advance:
Breakfast 8:00 a.m.
Lunch 12:00 noon
Dinner 6:00 p.m.
Our beverage bar, located in the dining room, is available to guests 24/7. Fresh coffee, a selection of teas, lemonade, and juices are in adundant supply.
For an additional fee, we can provide morning, afternoon and/or evening snacks such as:
- Freshly baked cinnamon rolls, caramel pecan rolls, homemade muffins or scones
- Fresh fruit or mixed nuts
- Cheese and crackers or trail mix
- Vegetables with hummus or dip
- Rice Krispie bars
