Comfortable and Versatile Rooms

Mount Olivet Conference & Retreat Center has a variety of conference and meeting rooms that can accommodate groups as large as 180. Comfortable and versatile, our rooms can be arranged for your group’s needs. Many rooms are equipped with pianos, fireplaces, and couches. Expansive windows overlooking our grounds offer inspirational views that foster creativity, connection, and reflection. A/V equipment and portable sound systems are available at no extra charge.

Youngdahl Lodge

Our main meeting rooms, named after area wildflowers, are located in the Youngdahl Lodge.

The Showy Orchis conference room has a panoramic view of Chub Lake, grounds and woods and is located on the upper level, just steps away from our Trillium Dining Room.

The Columbine conference room offers generous views of our gardens and woods. Located on the lower level, it features a beautiful brick fireplace and leather couches.

The White Trout Lily is Infused with natural light and offers spacious eastern and southern views of our woods and grounds.

The Wild Geranium has a beautiful view of our terraced garden and secluded outdoor patio and features round tables and chairs to facilitate small- and large-group discussion.

Chapel

Next door to the Youngdahl Lodge is the Chapel. Showcasing magnificent views of the lake and woods, it is a beautiful place for corporate worship as well as a flexible meeting space for larger groups. The Sanctuary seats up to 180 in auditorium configuration or up to 92 in a variety of conference style set-ups. A grand piano, organ, and in-house sound system are available for use.

Adjacent to the chapel, the Sacristy features a large conference table with up to ten chairs, a perfect space for business meetings and small group conversation.

Breakout Areas

A number of common areas, both indoor and outdoor, are available for small group sessions, casual conversations, and spur of the moment meet-ups. Places such as the Youngdahl Lodge lobby, the Trillium Dining Room, the Cornell House lounge and library, outdoor picnic tables, the patio, and gazebo offer comfort and ease when gathering. Gliders, benches, and swings throughout the grounds offer the opportunity for more intimate conversation in groups of two or three.
